Fees for completed work, document preparation, review activity, consultation time or verification processing may be non-refundable once the service has started or been delivered.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted to verification@claritycapital.space with the payment date, amount, client name, service description and reason for the request.

4. Review Timeline

Refund requests are reviewed based on service status, work performed, payment method, documentation and applicable obligations. Approved refunds are returned using a suitable payment channel where possible.

5. Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency transfers may be irreversible and may be affected by network fees, wallet details, blockchain confirmation status and price volatility. Refund eligibility does not guarantee reversal of blockchain transactions.

6. No Guaranteed Outcome

Payment for a service does not guarantee a specific financial, compliance, asset recovery, exchange or investment outcome.
